I’ve always been a high achiever and a self-proclaimed workaholic. And I also know how it feels to be holding it all together with duct tape and coffee. 

That hustle culture nearly did me in. Despite a shiny resume, I was battling panic attacks, anxiety, and good ol’ imposter syndrome. Every day started with a wave of dread, like I was about to go in for a root canal. I was taking sick days more frequently than I’d like to admit. Clearly, something had to give.

I pulled the plug on the hustle culture and decided that balance is the new black. Turns out, prioritizing myself was the best career move I ever made. Now, I help other high achievers find their balance and reclaim their lives, one step at a time.
